Refund policy
At Godi, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the unused product as per the conditions below:
Returns
- Items must be unused, in brand-new condition, and include the original packaging and materials to qualify for a return.
- Products may be tried on briefly to check fit and feel, but they must not be used for extended periods in a way that may accumulate sweat, dirt, or leave visible signs of use. This policy ensures our baby products maintain the highest hygiene standards.
- Returns must include proof of purchase and be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if you wish to initiate a return.
- Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your order, and proof of shipment should be shared with us via WhatsApp.
- All returns are subject to a PKR 450 return handling fee to cover initial shipping, government taxes, processing, and restocking costs.
- Please note: Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Refunds
- Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item.
- If it meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
We sincerely apologize if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We are committed to resolving any issues as quickly as possible.
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.
- Provide photos or a short video showing the defect.
- If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
- If we are not notified within 3 days after receiving the product, we will be unable to offer a refund or replacement.
Color Variations
- Fabric colors may appear slightly different due to screen resolution or lighting differences.
- We ensure our product images are as accurate as possible.
